This is an "open" conference in the sense that no speakers are paid to come and share. We would like to hear from all who feel they have something to set before the body of Christ. We would ask that if you wish to present to submit a title and summary by July 1. So far we have commitments for the following presentations:

Jon Zens, Osceola, WI — "Mutual Care in the Book of Hebrews"
Arlan Purdy, Greene, NY — "The Doctrine That Divides Us"— Maybe doctrine is meant to be handled in our lives more like groceries than as predetermined policy.
Dotty Zens, Osceola, WI — "Looking the Other Way: The Church & Human Trafficking"
Anthony Kasper, Hanover, IN — "Questioning the System — Loving the People"
George Greene, Omaha, NE — "Spiritual Covering Nonsense" & "Touching God's Anointed"

Elgin is 45 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare Airport. If you fly into Chicago's MidWay Airport, it would be best to take a bus to O'Hare & be picked up there. For those who end up at O'Hare, we would work out picking you up, unless you wished to pursue other arrangements.
